- different milling: max 300×300×300 mm;rectifications (internal, external, flat);
- accuracy processing (milling, piercing, boring out, rectifying) max 300×300×300 mm;
- combined processing (milling, shaping, drilling, boring out) max dimensions 600×600×1000 mm;
- parts of ensembles, executions+mechanical work;
- all dimensions mentioned above refer to maximum size of work parts;
- execution of metallic structures.
Our company produces pieces machined according to the customer’s drawings and drafts (as the partners require).
SC PROTOTIP SRL has gained non-reimbursable funds as a result of the approval of the project “Renovation of the Quality Control Laboratory”, in the larger context of The Programme for Increasing the Quality of Industrial Products.
As a consequence of the above-mentioned programme, state of the art means of measuring and control have been bought, some of which are mentioned below:
- TESA MICRO-HITE 350 mm and TESA MICRO-HITE 600 mm measuring columns;
- 3D measuring device;
- Digital durometre for metals;
- Digital rugosimeter;
- Granite tables.

Therefore, highly complex precision check-ups and measurements for our customers can be carried out in the control laboratory.
In conclusion, The Multiannual National Programme for New Industrial Units and Micro-Industrial Units and for Investments Meant to Modernize/ Increase the Technological Quality of Small and Medium-Sized Industrial Units (2002 -2009) has enabled SC PROTOTIP SRL to buy digital instruments (CNC machines) as a result of gaining non-reimbursable funds. |
